I made Hilary’s Jacket from a beautifully embroidered silk organza, (over silk satin.)
The fabric itself was gorgeous, so I just picked out a couple of flowers and stems to bead.
I hand beaded them, matching the beads to the colours of the embroidery thread, to give a subtle effect.
